  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon basil leaves also called lemon balm
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 cup mango
  • 1 banana or 1/4 cup banana powder
  • 2 tablespoons papaya powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 scoop protein powder optional


  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
  • Blend on low, and increase speed until all fruit/ice chunks are blended and the smoothie is a creamy consistency.
  • Pour into your favorite glass, sit back, and enjoy!
