Oat Flour Waffles are an easy breakfast recipe the whole family will love! With oats, plant-based milk, maple syrup, and cinnamon, these delicious waffles are ready from start to finish in just 10 minutes for an easy breakfast anytime.
1cupplain unsweetened almond milkor other milk of choice
1/3cupcoconut oilmelted

Instructions
Make the Oat Flour: add the rolled oats directly into a blender or food processor. Blend or process for 2 minutes until the oats have transformed into a fine powder.
In a large mixing bowl, add the oats, almond milk, coconut oil, maple syrup. In a separate dish mix the flaxseeds with an equal amount of water and allow that to sit for 1 minute. Add the flax mixture to the bowl along with the vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix well to combine.
Turn on your waffle maker, and set it to a medium-to-high setting (I used a 4 out of 5 on mine). Pour the appropriate amount of batter into the waffle maker, and cook until your machine lets you know the waffles are ready.
Serve immediately, and top with fresh maple syrup and your favorite fruit, enjoy!
